BUYER BEWARE! Sadly our recent experience with Rove Concepts forces us to post this negative review. We ordered four Aubrey counter chairs in Oct, 2020. After numerous delays, mostly due to COVID (understandable), they finally arrived in late Dec, 2020. We opened one to try out, but discovered that it was defective. It leaned forward so badly that it was un-usable.
We measured and found that the front of the seat was 1" shorter than Rove's website dimensions, and the back of the seat was 1/2" higher. This resulted in a forward leaning chair that no one could sit in. Rove also made design changes – minor but clearly different from what was on their website.
We emailed them (with pictures), but their response was flatly … “As the item does match our advertisements for the item … we are unable to extend any further offer for the return”. Rove’s website does say "measurements are approximations", but this was beyond any normal tolerances. It was so different that no one could sit in them. Rove took NO responsibility for this defect.
Many more emails and phone calls but Rove would not budge. We could send the chairs back for credit but freight would be at our cost.
Result: $1,300 worth of chairs cost us $640 in freight! We will not be buying from Rove Concepts in the future. BUYER BEWARE!
We bought the Dresden and it was hard as a rock unlike the store sample. The most uncomfortable couch We have ever sat in. We Then had to wrap and move it outside ourselves for return. We confirmed pick up and they never showed up. We had to go buy tarps to cover it as it sat in our driveway for three days. It took three days to reach anyone, no response on chat line, continued hang up trying to get thru to Vancouver. They insisted we didn’t confirm and refused to refund the pick up charge. We are waiting on a chair and would not do business with them again. They need to improve customer service. They did give us a 50 dollar credit for future purchases which we will use for pillows.

I appreciated very much when we contacted Rove regarding our issues with the dining stools how accommodating they were and were happy to replace the items. Good customer service on your end makes the lives of designers much easier.

We absolutely love the wishbone chairs. Delivery was also seamless and they were professional. We loved our experience so far that we ordered from Rove Concepts two of their lounge chairs.
I have been in love with Rove’s beautiful furniture for a while. I ordered samples and they came in 2 days! We were then able to choose our couch and the whole process was seamless! Now waiting for the pieces to arrive.
Ordered the LIZA Grande Coffee Table back in early 2020- which arrived damaged. Rove send a replacement, after many many calls with them, and the replacement arrived today (after a 6 month wait!) totally damaged.
Rove has zero accountability for defects, unreasonable shipping times, unresponsive and customer service.
I tried to reach customer service by telephone for a couple of days but kept getting a recorded message saying that they couldn't accept calls due to high traffic. I was however able to have my questions answered via the live chat and successfully placed my order.
Haven't received the furniture yet, so can only comment on the customer service which so far has been good.
While the membership pricing/saving is slightly unclear, Rove’s site is beautiful and easy to navigate. Info on shipping, etc is clear and purchase was smooth.
Every week you go on their website they delay your order by another two weeks. I have stopped believing anything this company says. They lie every week for four months now. I take my business somewhere else next time.
